Incheon International Airport

Incheon International Airport (IATA: ICN, ICAO: RKSI) is the primary and largest airport in South Korea. It’s one of the world’s best airports.

The airport was officially opened in 2001 to replace the older Gimpo International Airport, which now serves mostly domestic destinations plus shuttle flights to alternate airports in China, Japan and Taiwan.

Incheon International Airport is located west of Incheon’s city center, and about 48km from Seoul. Passengers can commute to the capital city via Incheon International Airport Railroad, airport limousines and frequent bus service.

The airport (and surrounding areas) can serve as a tourist destination by itself. It has a golf course, ice skating rink, casino, indoor gardens, hotels, variety of restaurants and shopping outlets etc.
